This is a version of 'Plated Cello' from the Reason Factory Sound Bank. I added breath control to the NN-XT cello patch. I think it came out pretty good. I originally thought I would create my own combinator, but I liked the setup of the stock patch from the Factory Sound Bank. It has controls for reverb, chorus and a bass boost. I'd use it on a gig. I've included an mp3 demo of this patch. Hope you like it!

Technically, each note is rearticulated, but with a soft attack on the wind controller, you don't hear the attack portion of the sample.

Maybe there's a way to start the legato notes with a softer attack starting a little bit further into the waveform? I haven't used Reason since 2.5, so I don't remember NN-XT almost at all. Just found this site after your post on saxontheweb, btw. Great stuff here! I'm creating and tweaking patches on Massive, FM8 and Omnisphere over the next few weeks to get a good live rig going for the EWI, too!

Awesome about the work you are doing with those soft synths! It's great fun!
